Salfords named in BBC article: Britain's worst major train stations for cancellations

Crest Nicholson claim the site West of Salfords and is well located with close proximity to Salfords centre, which provides a broad variety of amenities, facilities and sustainable transport links that residents of West of Salfords can utilise.

However, in reality (unless they are majorly upgrading the station/rail network) all they are doing is amplifying existing pressure points with almost 10% of trains being cancelled at Salfords - they are pushing greater reliance on cars and working against climate goals. See BBC news article
